Lovanian Terms of Service

Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Lovanian. By creating an account, signing in, connecting Telegram, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Lovanian. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service is legal where you live.

The service

Lovanian lets you create fictional AI companions, generate companion profiles and images, connect a Telegram bot, and optionally purchase subscriptions or selfie credit packs.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, repetitive, or unsuitable for your situation. Lovanian companions are fictional software experiences. They are not real people and do not provide medical, legal, financial, mental health, emergency, or professional advice.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account, login method, and activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm the service, create legal risk, abuse integrations, or interfere with other users.

Acceptable use

Do not use Lovanian to break the law, exploit or harm minors, harass or threaten others, impersonate real people without permission, generate non-consensual intimate content, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, evade security controls, spam Telegram, or abuse payments or promotions.

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or access parts of the service you are not authorized to use.

Your content and generated content

You are responsible for the prompts, companion descriptions, settings, Telegram messages, images, and other content you provide or generate through the service.

You grant Lovanian the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, generate, store, and otherwise use your content to provide and improve the service.

Generated text and images are produced by AI systems and may resemble other content by coincidence. You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before relying on or sharing them.

We may limit, remove, or refuse generation requests or outputs that violate these Terms or provider policies.

Billing

Paid plans and credit packs are processed through Stripe. Prices, plan limits, features, and renewal terms are shown in the app at checkout or on the billing screen.

Subscriptions renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage eligible subscriptions through the billing portal when signed in. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Third-party services

Lovanian depends on third-party services including Supabase, Google, Telegram, Stripe, Cloudflare, and AI providers. Your use of those integrations may also be governed by their terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or service availability.

Availability, disclaimers, and liability

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of Lovanian at any time. We may update features, limits, pricing, models, providers, or integrations as the service evolves.

Lovanian is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lovanian will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, service interruptions, AI outputs, or third-party services.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date. Continued use of Lovanian after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
